Welcome to the Multi Agent Systems Group at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Our mission is to contribute to the fields of distributed artificial intelligence (DAI) and multi-agent systems by creating an artificial agent that is competent in its interactions with other intelligent agents. This includes the ability to coordinate action with the actions of the other agents, intelligently communicate with them, flexibly model them, update these models in view of their observed actions, and to do all of this in a reasonable amount of time.
